About the ASHER Growth Portal
A private reporting portal operated by Asher Health for its partner practices. Access requires an invited, authorized account.
What the portal does
The Growth Portal shows a partner practice the appointments booked into its own CRM sub-account, what happened at each appointment, and how those outcomes roll up into a dashboard. Every screen is company-scoped: a partner user only ever sees the data of the company they belong to.
- Appointments. Upcoming and past consultations synced from the partner's own CRM sub-account, with contact name, time, calendar and status.
- Outcomes. Attendance (showed / no-show / cancelled) and the sales outcome recorded after a consultation, including a revenue value where applicable.
- Dashboard. Show rate, outcome and revenue summaries over a selected date range, exportable as CSV.
- Conversations. Read-only message history for a contact, where the CRM provides it. The portal does not send messages.
Partner access vs. administrator access
The portal defines two account roles: Partner user and Super Admin. Partner users see only the appointments, outcomes and dashboard of a company they are a member of, and can manage their own calendar connection. Super Admins additionally reach the admin console for setting up companies, CRM connections and access.
External partner users need an explicit membership of a company before any company data is returned to them; server-side guards resolve the caller's company access on requests that read or change company data. Internal, verified ASHER staff accounts are provisioned by the configured administrator policy for the joinasher.com domain rather than by a per-account manual step. This page describes how the application is configured, not a guarantee about every possible request path.
Optional personal-calendar busy-time integration
A partner can optionally connect a personal work calendar (currently Google) so the portal can see busy time blocks — start and end times only. This is used for conflict checking against consultations. The portal requests read-only calendar access and does not create, edit or delete events in a personal calendar. Connecting a calendar is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Microsoft calendar connection is not available yet.
Details of exactly what is accessed and stored are in the privacy and data disclosure.
Access is limited to authorized accounts. Signing in does not by itself show company data: an external partner account needs an explicit company membership, while verified ASHER staff accounts follow the configured administrator policy for the company domain.
