Terms of use

The portal is a private business application. Access is granted by an Asher Health administrator to named accounts. Signing in with a Google or Microsoft account does not itself create access. Do not share your account, and do not attempt to access a company or record you have not been authorized for.

• Use the portal only for the legitimate business of your practice and its patients.
• Record outcomes and revenue accurately; these values drive reporting used by both parties.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service, or extract data beyond your company.
• Do not upload or enter data you are not permitted to process.

The portal reads from and writes to your practice's own CRM sub-account: appointment status, attendance and outcome updates, and — only where an administrator has enabled it — generic busy blocks on the CRM calendar. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data in your CRM.

Connecting a personal work calendar is optional and read-only; the portal does not create, edit or delete personal calendar events. You may disconnect at any time in Settings. What is accessed and stored is described in the privacy and data disclosure.

The portal is provided as-is for partner reporting. Features, integrations and this page may change as the service develops, and access may be suspended where required for security or contractual reasons. Reporting figures are derived from CRM and user-entered data and should be reviewed before being relied on for financial decisions.
